Bectek.tv is an online Television Business Channel based on an original idea by Tariq Wahr, Project Manager of the Creative Business Centre. The Creative Business Centre is based at The Business Enterprise Centre (BEC) in Shepherds Bush, London, United Kingdom, and is managed by Orin Miller, Principal Business Support Officer.
The Business Enterprise Centre (BEC) is a Hammersmith & Fulham support organisation. BEC provides business support and development services to local businesses and start ups.

Careers for the Future

A new website launched to help deliver careers advice to young people as part of the Careers for the Futures project. The website includes information on a wide range of careers, publications to download and quizzes on different careers. There are links to many other relevant sites, including those dealing with university applications, financial support and how to take a gap year.

South Yorkshire Community Information (SYCI)

CI was set up in 1999 as a partnership project between Sheffield Libraries, Sheffield University and Manor Training & Resource Centre. Since that time, it has increased the number of community and voluntary organisations and small businesses in Sheffield that have a presence on the World Wide Web. In just three years we helped over 300 organisations, ranging from parent & toddler groups to big businesses.
